Join BurlingtonGreen for a Back to School Beach Clean Up!

Free Family friendly Outdoor

Start the new school year by making a positive impact on our local environment! BurlingtonGreen invites you to our Back to School Beach Clean-Up, where community members of all ages can come together to help protect Burlington Beach while learning about the importance of keeping our shoreline healthy and litter-free.
Join us for a morning of environmental action as we search for and remove microplastics and nurdles—tiny plastic pieces that can harm wildlife and enter our waterways.

Hosted by: BurlingtonGreen
When: Saturday, August 29th, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Where: Burlington Beach – meet at BG’s Eco-Hub (1094 Lakeshore Road)
