About
One calendar for the whole country.
Every municipality in Canada publishes its own events calendar, and almost none of them talk to each other. If you live in Richmond Hill and are happy to drive twenty minutes, you are checking five websites to find out what is on. This site checks them for you.
How it works
A crawler visits each official calendar every few hours, reads the events, and normalises them into one shape: title, time, venue, price, category. Events that appear on more than one calendar — a Pickering festival listed by both the city and the region — are matched and merged, so you see each thing once.
Every listing links back to the calendar it came from. If a detail looks wrong, the official page is the authority, and correcting it there fixes it here on the next run.
What we do not do
- We do not sell tickets, and we take no cut of anything.
- We do not require an account to browse.
- We do not track you across other sites.
Where the data comes from
The full list of sources, what each one covers, and when it was last read successfully is on the data sources page.
Something missing?
If your event is not here, either its calendar is not a source yet or our crawler could not read it. Send us the details and we will review it, and add the calendar as a source if it looks worth crawling.
